I made a decision in January of 2017 to start taking care of myself and my family more by being more mindful and present. Working by myself on this, I did notice some changes, but was still feeling blocked, anxious and stuck and knew that I could be happier and more of my TRUE self. Spending 8 weeks over the summer with Heather allowed me break past so many limiting beliefs and find what truly makes me happy and where my passion lies. She set me up with the tools to be successful and overcome doubts on a daily basis. She reminded me to believe in myself. To look past my fear and have the courage to do what really makes me happy and sets my soul on fire. We focused on being more present of the time spent with my loved ones. To be more mindful of my daily actions. My husband and I have found our spark again after having our beautiful daughter. I am so grateful of my time spent with Heather. I look forward to our ongoing monthly meetings where she helps me to refocus and realign. She is honest, compassionate and real and a true pleasure to work with.

Heather is a very special and amazing young woman. I don't have enough words to tell all the ways she has helped me. With her teaching me how to use oils and relaxation. She helped me through a very dark time in my life. She helped me to learn how to believe in myself, when I never had before, with positive thinking, healthy eating, the use of oils for wellness, and always kind encouragement when I got off track. Today I no longer drink, smoke , and hate myself although I still need to work on my weight! LOL! Her daily videos keep encouraging me, and have helped my teenage daughter as well. When I first started working with Heather, I knew that I had made the perfect decision for me. I was suffering in so many ways inside, panic attacks, major sadness and frustration, I was fearful to even leave my house. I literally felt trapped. Heather taught me several techniques to overcome my limitations, including breathing exercises, ways to ground myself each day and protect myself from negative energies. I couldn't be happier that I decided go in for a Reiki session with Heather! My body has been hurting due to the side effects of a blood disorder. I had so much built up anxiety. During my session, I could literally feel my energy flowing in and out of my body. It was an amazing feeling! The oils that Heather used on my body smelled so pure and were one of my favorite parts. I was able to leave the session with so much clarity and a peaceful body, soul and mind. Not only was Reiki used, but I was taught how to ground myself and better connect with positive energy.
